Air powered diaphragm pump driven by compressed air, can suck a variety of toxic, flammable, volatile liquid, acids, alkalis, corrosive liquids, high viscosity fluids and paint binders. It is no need for irrigation and suction lift is up to 7m, which is perfect pneumatic device for pumping the medium containing impurities.
Features
Pneumatic dual diaphragm pump can transport high temperature media up to 130 ℃.
Adopt pilot operated type air valve to eliminate the AODD pump downtime and extend its life span.
It is designed with multiport to help you install it easily.
Air powered diaphragm pump can be used as a movable-type material transfer pump because it has such advantages as small in size, easy moving, no need base, small occupied area and easy installation.
It can be externally connected to an electromagnetic valve for remote control. And the reversing valve requires no lubrication.

Applications
Tips: Difference between air operated diaphragm pump and self-priming pump
Air operated diaphragm pump is a kind of pneumatic pump that uses diaphragm as the raw material medium. According to the motive force as the basis for classification, diaphragm pumps are divided into electric diaphragm pumps and pneumatic diaphragm pumps. Compared with ordinary water pumps, it has more advantages and simpler usage.
The self-priming pump adopts an axial liquid return pump body structure. The pump body is composed of a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a scroll chamber, a liquid return hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber, etc. After the pump is started normally, the impeller will suck the liquid in the chamber. It is sucked together with the air in the suction pipe and is completely mixed in the impeller. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid enters the gas and flows to the outer edge of the scroll. A white foam belt with a certain thickness and high speed is formed on the outer edge of the impeller. Rotating the liquid ring, the gas-liquid mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the diffuser.
