Air operated double diaphragm pump is a pneumatic device that can pump a variety of toxic, flammable, volatile liquid, slurry, high viscosity fluids, corrosive liquids and paint. It also can be used for cleaning sediment contaminant in shaft, tunnels and sewers.
Features
Pneumatic dual diaphragm pump can transport high temperature media up to 130 ℃.
Adopt pilot operated type air valve to eliminate the AODD pump downtime and extend its life span.
It is designed with multiport to help you install it easily.
Air powered diaphragm pump can be used as a movable-type material transfer pump because it has such advantages as small in size, easy moving, no need base, small occupied area and easy installation.
It can be externally connected to an electromagnetic valve for remote control. And the reversing valve requires no lubrication.

Applications
Tips: Air powered double diaphragm pump troubleshooting
The pneumatic diaphragm pump cannot start or moves slowly.
Check whether the filter, pressure regulating and lubricating device and the air inlet filter are blocked.
Check the spindle and “O” ring for scratches, abrasions and flattening marks, and replace them if they are damaged.
The pump is running but the flow is too low
Check the pump body for cavitation spots and adjust the inlet pressure of the compressed air. Reduce the running speed of the pump body to adjust the viscosity and concentration of the liquid.
Check whether the valve ball is stuck. If the conveyed liquid does not match the material of the valve ball. The valve ball will expand. Please replace the ball and seat with a suitable material.
Please check whether the inlet pipe is blocked.
There are a lot of bubbles in the outlet liquid
Please check whether the diaphragm is broken.
Check if the pump body and pipeline are leaking.
Liquid leaks from the outlet of the gas chamber
Please check whether the diaphragm is broken.
Check whether the diaphragm is correctly installed and locked.
Import and export leakage.
The screw is not tightened
the ball seat is deformed or the O-ring is damaged
The pump casings at both ends are not inclined to the upper hole position, causing the two discharge ports or feed ports to not be on the same plane.
